A BLACK SCOTER was off Dockweiler State Beach (south of Imperial Highway) in El Segundo on April 14.
An AMERICAN OYSTERCATCHER continued at Malibu Lagoon through April 13. A BLACK-LEGGED KITTIWAKE was at the lagoon on April 14.
The NEOTROPIC CORMORANT at Bonelli Regional Park in San Dimas was seen through April 15. It is usually by the north shore near the boat launch area or on the buoys.
The ZONE-TAILED HAWK in Monrovia was reported through April 14 in the area west of Grand Park. It is often seen near Myrtle and Greystone.
The TROPICAL KINGBIRD continued by the pond at Entradero Park in Torrance through April 18.
A WHITE-THROATED SPARROW continued at a residence in Torrance through April 17. Another was in Rancho Palos Verdes on April 10.
The HARRIS’S SPARROW continued near the lower parking area at Hahamongna Watershed Park in Pasadena through April 17. It has been seen on and around the sports field.
The BLACK-AND-WHITE WARBLER at La Mirada Park in La Mirada was seen near the Forster Road parking lot through April 12.
Another BLACK-AND-WHITE WARBLER was near the playground at DeForest Park in Long Beach from April 17-18.
Still another BLACK-AND-WHITE WARBLER was at the end of Oros Street along the LA River north of the 5 Freeway on April 14.
A PALM WARBLER was in the Silk Oaks at Willow Springs Park in Long Beach from April 13-15. Another PALM WARBLER was at Sunnyside Cemetery in Long Beach on April 16.
A SUMMER TANAGER was at the Cal State Long Beach Japanese Garden on April 9.
