Join leaders Harnawaz Boparai and Clara Thomas for a bird walk at this college campus. Leaders will cover the basics of binocular use, bird identification, and both rare and common birds on the campus such as Yellow-rumped Warblers, House Finches, and maybe Peregrine Falcons! Birders of all experience levels are welcome to join. We recommend bringing your own pair of binoculars for the walk, but we may have some pairs to borrow. Children are welcome with a parent accompanying them.

We will meet at the parking lot on the north side of campus. Cal State LA - Parking Structure C is the address (Google Maps link). Note: This requires paying for a daily parking permit which is approximately $10. We recommend carpooling with other field trip attendees if possible.
